Peanut Butter Chocolate Cream Pie - NEW!

1 Ready to Bake Pie Crust - follow directions and pre-bake pie shell.  Let Cool

1st Layer                                                         2nd Layer
1/2 cup powdered sugar                             1 - 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
                                                                 1 - 8oz Cool Whip

Combine Peanut butter and powdered sugar and pat into bottom of baked pie crust.
Soften cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds on high.  Stir in
Chocolate Cream Pie Mix
and then Cool Whip, then spoon the Chocolate pie mixture on top of the peanut butter mixture and
refrigerate.  Slice and Serve.


Baked Potato Without the Skins

10 large potatoes peeled and boiled                  1 pkg Bacon Cheddar Dip Mix
1 16 oz carton of Fat Free Sour Cream               1 pkg Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 package of Bacon Bits                                     4 TBSP I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

Mix all the ingredients except for the cheese and bacon bits.
Put 1/2 of the potatoes in a dish , layer cheese and bacon bits.
Place Last 1/2 of potatoes in dish then add another layer of cheese and bacon bits.
Your family will love this!

Strawberry Creme Pie

1 pkg Strawberry Cream Pie Mix                                                8 oz Cool Whip
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries (do not add sugar)           8 oz cream cheese

Combine
Strawberry Pie mix, and cream cheese together.  Whip in cool whip, then stir in strawberries.  
Pour in Pie Crust.  Refrigerate for 1 hour.  Serve Cold.

Garlic Steak Rub

1 pkg of  Whole Lotta Garlic Dip Mix                        1 Stick of Butter

Mix well and refrigerate for about 4 hours.  Remove spread from refrigerator.  Spread on
steaks and let set for about 30 minutes.  Grill as usual.


5 Layer Mexican Dip

1 16oz. can refried beans                                2 Tbsp. lemon juice (can use lime juice)
1 pkg
Melli's Mexi Mix                                        2 4oz cans chopped green chilies, drained
3 avocados, mashed                                        3 bunches green onions, chopped
½ cup sour cream                                             ½ lb. cheddar cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. Salsa (prepared)                                ½ lb. Monterrey jack cheese, grated
12 pitted ripe olives, sliced                               1 large tomato diced
Fresh parsley

Use a 12” round shallow plate or pizza pan.

Layer 1:  Mix beans and
Melli's Mexi Mix dip.  Spread onto plate, not quite to edge.
Layer 2:  Blend avocados with sour cream, Salsa, & lemon juice. Spread over bean mixture.
Layer 3:  Mix Chilies and onions.  Spread over avocado mixture.
Layer 4:  Combine both cheeses and spread over chilies and onions.
Layer 5:  Decorate top of dip with olives and tomatoes.
Serve with Tortilla chips


Stuffed Dill Pickles

1.     Cut a thin slice from the stem end of several dill pickles.  With a sharp
paring knife, remove the centers using a twirling motion.
2.     Stuff centers with Cream cheese mixed with
Willy's Dill Dip Mix
3.     Chill 3-4 hours, then slice thinly.  Arrange three slices on a platter and serve.

Guacamole

5 ripe avocados                        1 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ cup sour cream                        1/3 cup
Kerry's Kickin Salsa (prepared)

1.        Peel and pit avocados.  Mash with a fork to desired texture.
2.        Add remaining ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.


Pasta Salad

Small bag of pasta                ½ cup dip mix (see below)
¼ cup water                        ¼ cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp. oil

1.        Combine all ingredients except pasta and marinate ½ hour or longer.
2.        Prepare pasta according to package.  You may use pasta warm, or you
may chill the pasta in the refrigerator.
3.       Add any of the flowing to your salad, or additional family favorites:
•        chopped celery
•        black olives
•        chopped cucumber
•        cubed turkey or ham
•        diced red or green peppers
•        tomato wedges
•        grated cheese
4.        Pour dip marinade over pasta salad and stir well.  Salt to taste.   Serve.

•        Spicy Mexicali
Dip
•        Pammy's Ranch Dip
•        Willy's Dill Dip


Western Round Steak

Place a round steak on a piece of foil.  Sprinkle a package of Pammy's Ranch dip mix
or Western Onion Dip mix on top of the steak.
Enclose the steak and seasonings in the foil and bake at 350° for 30 min.
Slice and serve with no messy clean up!

Gyro Sandwich, western style

1 pkg. Creamy Cucumber Dip, prepared
flour tortillas
grated mozzarella cheese
ground beef, cooked

Spread prepared
Creamy Cucumber Dip on ½ of the flour tortilla.  Add ground beef
and grated cheese to the tortilla,  roll the tortilla and heat in the microwave 30 to 40 seconds.  


Spinach Tea Sandwiches

1 pkg. Spanky's Spinach Dip, prepared
Fresh chopped spinach
Your favorite bread

Mix chopped fresh spinach with the
Fiesta Spinach Dip and spread on your favorite bread.
Cut in fourths and serve at brunch or as an appetizer for your next get together.


Ranch Style mashed potatoes

Add Pammy's Ranch Dip mix to taste to cooked mashed potatoes with butter.


For baked potatoes:  sprinkle this:
