Website orders
To place an order on our website, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item you want to
purchase. You can then check out or continue shipping and adding products to your cart. When
checking out, you will be directed to a payment page which will give you the payment instructions.
Phone Orders
We do take credit cards via phone, but we will ask for your 3 digit security number to prove you have
the actual card. Please call us at 918-812-121 and we will be happy to take your order!
Mail-In Orders
If you would like to mail in your order with a check or money order, click here for an order form that
you can print off and mail in.
Payment options
We utilize an online secure payment service called PayPal. PayPal is a credit card processing
service that enables us to accept Visa and MasterCard orders on our website. Through their
secure network you can safely, securely, and quickly place your credit card orders with Pammy's
Pantry. PayPal was the first Internet commerce institution to provide instant and secure online
payment services.
You do not have to have a PayPal Account
When you make a purchase through PayPal you do not have to have a PayPal account. You will be
given the option to create an account or just pay using your credit card.

Payment accepted in US Funds only!
Oklahoma buyers will be charged 6.5% Sales Tax on their purchases.
Shipping Times and Pricing
No order is processed until full payment has been received. Our standard shipping time is 2-3
business days after receipt of your order payment. Any order cancelled will be assessed a 15%
fee. We do not ship on weekends. If we are out of stock and need to replenish to fill your order, you
will be notified when we receive your order.
Depending on what you order, you may receive 2 or 3 separate shipments for 1 order placed. Most
orders from our suppliers will arrive to you within 7 to 10 working days from the day after we send
you an invoice. This time can increase during holiday high volume or if we are processing large
orders.
Shipping price is determined by total amount of purchase before tax and shipping.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products being food, unless a product is received damaged, there are no
refunds. Please note that items with "chips" in them could melt during shipment in the hot months.
These items are ordered at your own risk during hot months. If you receive a damaged item/s, you
must notify us within 5 working days in order to receive a replacement or credit. If a product is
damaged in shipment, the box and all packing must be kept so it can be inspected for the claim.
Claims can take up to 6 weeks to process.
